Wisdom Wednesdays #2

Each Wednesday I will begin the day by drawing an oracle card for inspiration and posting it here.

With a few words from my intuition, I will give you something to think about for your day and week.

Use the card as a writing prompt or simply something to reflect on.

I love this card because it depicts a practice close to my heart – Meditation.

The one word on the card can mean so much.

Breathe

Are you going through a stressful situation right now? Are you in the midst of high levels of anxiety and need to take some immediate space out to literally just breathe?

Or is this indicative of taking a substantial amount of time out to practice meditation, to see the world differently after a period of silence.

The colours on this card relate to calmness.

Blue is also the colour related to the Throat Chakra, that part of ourselves that can become blocked if we are not speaking out.

If we are not acting authentically.

If we feel as though we do not have a voice.

Do you need to find some time to reflect on a situation and then act upon it? Is it time for you to speak out?

Know that in quiet and peace, in meditation or in prayer, all answers can be found.

Working on unblocking this Chakra, can lead to better creative and self expression.
