Each Wednesday I will begin the day by drawing an oracle card for inspiration, and posting it here.

With a few words from my intuition, I will give you something to think about for your day and week.

Use the card as a writing prompt or simply something to reflect on.

*This week I actually pulled the card yesterday (Tuesday), as that was when I felt called to. I also strongly feel this energy will play out for the next week. It is important.

 

 (Loyal Heart – Wisdom of the Oracle by Colette Baron Reid)

 

Today, I pulled the card ‘Loyal Heart’.

I’ll be honest, when I first saw it I felt confused.

This week has personally felt to me –  anything but demonstrative of loyal hearts.

Then it clicked.

My heart has been loyal.

–

We may feel betrayed presently, by someone or something.

Things may not have ended up quite how we thought they would.

We may feel betrayed by a higher power that life is not going the way we hoped and wished.

Yet this card reminds us to keep our hearts loyal; in order to expect loyalty.

–

I am not a political person, yet the energies of the last week have been hard to miss.

People feel let down, disillusioned and alone.

This card reminds you not just to be loyal in times of uncertainty, but to understand that loyalty is and will be reflected back to us.

The two birds are mirroring each other, and there are two keys above their heads – We need each other to unlock things within ourselves.

What happens around us, is triggering important things to happen within us.-*

Are we loyal to each other?

Are we able to stand up for what we believe in, even in the absence of its presence?

Is our faith strong –  that all will be well in the end?

This card is a good omen. There is a really good feeling present within it.

None of us has been let down or abandoned, and we have not been forgotten.

The loyalty and faith we have inherently,  will be rewarded.

I guess in the simplest terms I can manage, this card is telling us that what we want is coming towards us.

Even if it feels as though it has gone in the other direction.

The body of the two birds are going in opposite directions,  yet they are facing each other.

This is the central message for today and this week.

Things are not quite how they appear, thing are actually better than you could ever have imagined.
