Each Wednesday I will begin the day by drawing a divination card for inspiration and posting it here.

With a few words from my intuition, I will give you something to think about for your day, and week.

Use the card as a writing prompt, or simply something to reflect on.

*I pick these cards at random, by shuffling a deck, and allowing a card to fall out on its own accord. Whilst shuffling, I ask God to show me what I need to see for this post, and all who read it. It may not resonate with you, and that is ok – this is just my offering to you who reads this, it is sent with love and best wishes. Take what feels right for you, and leave what does not, for another.

I don’t usually use Alana Fairchild’s Rumi Oracle Deck for the Wednesday Wisdom, as the images are quite abstract, come with extensive writings, and are really for deep soul healing work.

The images by the artist Rassouli, are devastatingly beautiful, as are the words that accompany each card in the guidebook.

The guidebook includes a poem by the poet Rumi for each card, channelled messages by Alana Fairchild herself, and a Sacred honouring ritual.

The poem is as follows:

The taste of bitterness

becomes sweet in love!

The searching in the dark

finds the light of faith revealed in love!

Love transforms thistles into jasmine.

Love layers heaven,

and gifts us

with wings to soar into its mystery.

Love transforms our every thought

into a desire of the heart!

O Love!

How divine is your luring!

Beauty flows from your unseen face!

Your very nature is radiant with joy!

You manifest hues in every flower!

Your touch dazzles all creation!

Every particle is attracted toward you,

longing to unite

and dwell in you!

Here are my words of wisdom, for today and this week:

The card above, is about the beauty that can be found in opening up your heart.

It is also about the deep love that can be found, even in trying times.

There is a warmth that exudes from the centre, and that I feel, when I look at it.

The message today is about remembering that we are loved, not just by our friends, and our family, and our partners and our pets.

Not just by those that hold us in high esteem, or who have lots of respect for us.

But by life itself, by those who share space and time with our creator, by angels, and spirits, and all things divine.

It is a deep and healing love, that I feel as I type this.

A love without any condition, and is given freely whether you accept it or not.

It is comforting.

Our planet is being protected from on high. Even when it feels like it is not.

We may only be able to see the eroding, but from above, things are exactly as they should be.

This is a message for anyone and everyone who may be in despair about the apparent state of our world at the moment.

It is a message that we are doted upon, and are looked after, no matter what happens.
