(Knight of pentacles, Rider Waite Smith Tarot – Symbolic of slow movement forward.)
Do you ever feel as though you have put lots of work into life, and yet results are still not tangible?
Are you sure that you know what you are putting the work into?
Sometimes we work really hard at a goal, or simply just in general, and then sit back and think well…’What do I have to show for this?’
Alternatively, you may be just like me, used to making things happen, sometimes without much thought about whether what you have made happen – is what you actually want to happen.
The Knight of Pentacles above is about making slow, and steady steps towards something, often with a lot of thought. He doesn’t rush in, neither does he rush out. This is a card of moving towards stability.
This card represents an energy I am moving into at the moment. It’s an energy that requires a lot of determination, and patience.
It requires a willingness to go with the flow of life, even when that flow seems painstakingly slow.
So how do you know that you are making slow and steady progress rather than experiencing blocks?
Here are some signs for you:
You feel at peace
(Peace, Wisdom of the Oracle Deck by Colette Baron Reid)
Despite the fact that not much appears to be happening, you feel a sense of peace.
When you stop to look at what you have going on in your life, there is no drama or anxiety.
There are no emergency situations.
There are no major problems to be dealt with.
This is a blessed time to be in. When all things are going OK, enjoy it.
You can see the buds
(Patience, Archangel Oracle Cards, by Doreen Virtue. )
If you are truly honest with yourself, there are many new things on the horizon. When you stop to look and pay attention, all kinds of new things are happening.
You may be feeling impatient, that things are not moving fast enough, but there will be something there that you are willing to move.
All that is required of you is patient nurturing of your goal.
You know it is right
(Deep Knowing, Wisdom of the Oracle Deck by Colette Baron Reid)
Deep down, you know that you are completely in the right place, and heading in the right direction.
Whatever is blooming in your life is the right thing, and you know it.
You feel the peace, you feel the promise and if you move with it, you will see results in time.
*
The best thing about the results you will see, is that they will be long lasting.
All this consideration and patience will not be in vain.
It will mean that you took the time to align with your life purpose.
Slow and steady is a good thing.
Much love Txx
