Just a quick one today about a few of the home remedies I use to keep myself and my home balanced.

These are really easy to get hold of and have multiple uses.

Aloe Vera Gel

If you are lucky enough to have access to an Aloe Vera plant, you can extract the gel straight from its leaves.

Otherwise, most good health stores and chemists will sell Organic Aloe Vera Gel in a bottle like the one above. (Though these bottles do contain added ingredients that you may/may not want to use – check and do your research)

You can use Aloe Vera Gel for sunburn, spots and blemishes, or any dry spots on your skin.

I use the gel for the Keloids scars I have, and occasionally as a conditioner or styling gel for my hair.

Sea Salt

I use baths a lot to cleanse not just my body but my aura. One of the ingredients I rely on to help with this deep cleansing is Sea Salt.

You can add Sea Salt, Epson Salts or Magnesium flakes to a bath to promote muscle relaxation, as well as mind relaxation.

I use it also to cleanse myself of energies I may have picked up throughout the day.

I soak in a tub with a handful or two of Sea Salt added, with the intention that I will leave the tub with my energy field cleansed.

Frankincense

I’ve talked a lot about my use of incense elsewhere on this blog, but in this post I want to focus on the use of Frankincense resin.

I burn this in an oil burner lined with foil.

I place just a few resin crystals in the burner with a tea light below, or sometimes add to a burning charcoal disc to produce healing smoke.

(Please read all instructions about burning carefully and be mindful of safety)

Frankincense has been used for thousands of years in sacred ceremony.

Thought to provide protection and invoke divine presence, I burn it often in my home when I am reading Tarot/Oracle Cards, or just in a evening whilst I relax.

I hope you have found this post helpful.

Much love Txx
