So this month we have no Full Moon. (There were two Full Moons in January and there will be two Full Moons in March)
The New Moon tomorrow 15th February, is called a Black Moon because of this.
I have been thinking a lot about what it means for there to be no Full Moon in a month, no time of illumination, no great release.
It’s a time of being in the dark quite literally, and is a time to confront our shadow side.
A lot of us may be facing triggers during this New Moon, things that have come up since the Lunar Eclipse to show us what we still need to heal.
This New Moon is in Aquarius so it is asking us to gently address any underlying issues we may have suppressed.
They say it’s always darkest before the dawn, so in this month of darkness we have the potential to build a strong foundation once we have cleared out energy that wants to leave us.
What are you holding on to that you should really leave in the past?
I’m talking about old beliefs, old doubts, self esteem issues, feelings of low self worth.
All the parts of ourselves that we pretend do not exist. It is only by confronting them that we will be able to move forward into the light of Spring, March – more clear on who we are and what we are working on manifesting in our lives long term.
Much love always Txx
