So a while ago I wrote this post, about all the things about me that have not changed since embracing this spiritual path I find myself walking.

Today I want to talk about the things that absolutely have changed about me!

Here goes:

1. I have become about 1000% more truly confident than I used to be. I say more ‘truly’ confident as I am not talking about the outward confidence thing, I mean the confidence to truly just be me and live from that space.

2. Linked to number 1, this means that I have become much more authentic as a person. My values align more fully with how I live my life.

3. I say No a lot more. Even to fun things.

4. I value time to myself a lot more, often opting for being alone instead of doing said ‘fun’ things.

5. I listen to my intuition much more than I listen to other people. Advice from others is valuable, but when you begin to really know yourself, you understand more fully how you are best equipped to help yourself more often than not.

6. I have the strength to do what is best for me as opposed to what I think I should do, or do to please others.

7. My sense of self-worth has organically increased, there are simply many things I will not tolerate anymore, including how I let others treat me.

8. I trust myself and my assessment of people and situations more, understanding that trusting myself, takes away a lot of fear.

9. I speak my truth even when scary, understanding that liberation comes from being able to communicate with love, respect and honesty.

10. I am beginning to understand what it truly means to love myself, and though it has nothing to do with baths and getting my nails done, I do enjoy more of that 😉
