Last night I meditated just after my yoga practice and I literally felt my heart expand – in my gut!

I hold a lot of tension in my gut, my lower belly area, and I felt a release last night that was wonderful.
It prompted me to deliver this message about movement, and how important it is for expansion, both physically and mentally.
Movement and expansion.
Releasing and unfolding
uncurling and unleashing!
