I am now in my mid 30s and can look back at my life to date, and see how far I have come.

I am thankful for what I have achieved and what I will achieve in the future.

I am thankful for the bravery to be myself in all my weird and changing glory.

I am thankful for my ability to learn from the past and not repeat mistakes (too often anyway!)

I am thankful to me for sticking by my side each and every day in the best way I know how.

I am thankful for learning my own worth.

I am thankful for sticking up for myself and standing out as the beautiful and unique human being I am.

Thank you for everything I have learnt, and have yet to learn about being me in this world.
