Yoga Oracle 9: Your Wonderful Self

So it is January and I have begun my usual tradition of following Yoga With Adriene’s  30 Day Yoga Journey, freely available on You Tube.

This year’s theme is “Dedicate”, and so I want to dedicate the month of January to sharing with you the Yoga Practice I have done the day before, alongside an Oracle Card from my newest deck, The Spirit Animal Oracle Deck, by Colette Baron Reid.

Together, I am hoping these will prove inspiring posts to help us all transition into this New Year.

You can do the Yoga practice if you fancy it, or simply read the oracle’s message.

Yoga for me is about exercise, grounding and spirituality.

It forms a large part of my life alongside meditation and psychic work – so here goes…

 Yoga Oracle – Day 9

Today’s practice is about recognizing and connecting with our Higher Selves.

Through a gentle flow, we are reminded of our own divinity.

The card I pulled to accompany the practice is Chameleon Spirit:

Sometimes we forget how wonderful we are.

Sometimes we don’t feel very divine, just plain old human, and weighed down by all the challenges that includes.

We face issues with our health, our jobs, our relationships.

We face issues when we feel we lack any one of the above things, and more.

This card today is asking us to act as if we know that we are beautifully made, no mistakes at all, and that everything can and will get better.

I intuitively feel a message about support with this card today.

The Chameleon is perched on a branch that holds it’s entire weight effortlessly.

Do you have people you can lean on when it all gets too much?

If you feel like you cannot talk to people in your life, you could always reach out to an organisation like The Samaritans for support.

For today – if you can –  act as if you are a wonderful spirit residing in a human body.

You are one with The Divine, and everything this world has to offer.

Much love Txx
