Yoga Oracle 10 – Expansion

So it is January and I have begun my usual tradition of following Yoga With Adriene’s  30 Day Yoga Journey, freely available on You Tube.

This year’s theme is “Dedicate”, and so I want to dedicate the month of January to sharing with you the Yoga Practice I have done the day before, alongside an Oracle Card from my newest deck, The Spirit Animal Oracle Deck, by Colette Baron Reid.

Together, I am hoping these will prove inspiring posts to help us all transition into this New Year.

You can do the Yoga practice if you fancy it, or simply read the oracle’s message.

Yoga for me is about exercise, grounding and spirituality.

It forms a large part of my life alongside meditation and psychic work – so here goes…

 Yoga Oracle – Day 10

Today’s practice is all about expansion, which was completely not how I was feeling when I did it last night.

I am coming down with a cold. (It’s soooo wintry here in the North of England!)

However, I did feel better during the practice, which was a flow focused on opening our bodies up.

The card I pulled to accompany the practice is Electric Eel Spirit for the second time since this journey began:

This happens to be a card all about expansion

As usual, today’s message feels different to the message I received with this same card a few days ago.

Today it feels as though we are ready to soar.

This may not look how you think however.

I feel like this is a quiet kind of soaring.

We are ready to take the first step towards something, but the first step may be about reconnecting with yourself first.

Take some quiet time today.

Sometimes not doing much is what helps things to come to fruition.

Allow Electric Eel to move for you day, whilst you take a break to plan.

Much love Txx
