The other day I wrote about waiting for the other shoe to drop, and mused about how I could possibly stop myself from disaster planning in my head all of the time.
Today I want to talk about one of the ways I have discovered in which to do this – having an attitude of gratitude.
At the end of last year I blogged everyday to say Thank You for the mundane and the large things happening in my life.
I noticed how it truly did shift my perspective.
I found myself feeling happier on a day to day basis simply because I was writing about one good thing.
And so there we have it:
One Good Thing
That is kind of all it takes to turn things around in our heads.
Tonight I am holding a dinner party at my new home for some of my closest friends, and we will be lighting a Candle for one good thing in our lives at the moment.
Join us?
What one good thing are you most grateful for right now?
Much love Txx
I am most grateful for all the opportunities I have had in my life, and for this moment, this breath and the peacefulness of being alone at home. I love this post. One good thing can help us turn around a whole day.
