So the night before last I had a dream that my Mum was about to embark on a journey.
The dream took place in a large park/forest, somewhere I often go in dreamtime.
There were many others of a similar age getting ready to venture out. (Think spiritual walking holiday!)
She was nervous, she didn’t want to go, she didn’t want to have to meet new people.
Though there were others who wanted to befriend her, she stood up and placed herself in a corner.
It was then I gave her a pep talk.
I told her:
Do not hide yourself, go for it! This is your chance to shine, don’t be afraid to. These people want to be your friend.
Eventually she became excited and off she went on her journey.
In Jungian dream theory everything in your dream is you.
I understood pretty soon after waking up, my mum in the dream was another aspect of me, I was giving myself a pep talk!
The mother in dreamscape is also a symbol of nurture.
This dream helped me to realize that I can support myself in stepping out of my comfort zone.
It alerted me to the fact that I need to.
This may be an area I have neglected, self-nurture.

In what way do you need to support yourself at this time?
Can you recognize the need to have your own back?
Let this dream of mine be your guide.
Much love always Txx
At least I sleep long nights, and take naps in daytime 😴
